 Phil is an amazing trainer hands down. Thus far he has listened to every need I have and been willing to adapt to me which is exactly what you want in a trainer. Each workout includes a new exercise that comes with an explanation of why you are doing each move. I find it helpful when Phil explains what muscle it is working and what modifications I should be making to maximize the workout without it coming off as me failing. He is the best trainer I have had thus far and is responsive to my concerns.

His exercise plans are catered to my specific needs, goals and abilities. He’s also a mobile and virtual trainer which is super convenient. Looking forward to future sessions and my results! Philip has been extremely helpful and supportive in assisting me with my fitness journey. I love how he thoroughly explains each workout in depth, so I know what I’m doing. He makes sure that I’m aware of each muscle that is being worked. He’s also extremely friendly and polite. I’d recommend Philip to anyone looking to get in shape, or wants assistance with their fitness goals. I’m truly thankful to train with someone as knowledgeable and amazing as him.
