This section is targeted to take care of our physical bodies!! Whether that’s through working out, yoga, pilates, foam rolling, training sessions, food, etc.

My passion for fitness started when I was young. Recently, I just took this passion to the next level by actually becoming a certified personal trainer and trying to change people’s lives.

I currently work in a wellness facility where I am responsible for analyzing a patient’s fitness to improve and maintain their health. I communicate with physical therapists and exercise physiologists to develop specific exercise plans for clients at risk for heart disease, metabolic, and lung disease. I also revise testing material when needed with patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes or pulmonary lung disease to regain their health.

My desire for health has prompted me to share what I call quick videos that get your heart rate up, get you sweating, and feeling great! These are 8-10 minute training session videos that, if you wish to repeat, can be extended to a 30-40 solid workout. Life gets crazy, but the time that we spend just connecting with our physical health and, more importantly, knowing what we put into our bodies can make a significant difference in mental and spiritual health.

If you are interested in becoming a personal trainer, I became certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise.) They are a great program, and I actually made a paid course that anyone can take to prepare themselves for certification.

The course supplements the material that ACE gives but gives a more in-depth focus by using notes, quizzes, exams, full exams, and tips on how to pass your exam. 900 questions!
